• IMPORTANT: Distribute this article about message length restrictions to anyone using My A2P Message in your organisation 
  • Long messages can double or triple the cost of your messages. 

• Update your settings 
  • Settings are important in making sure your messages are sent correctly. 

• Are you sending the same kind of messages on a regular basis? 
  • You’ll need to set up templates. 

• Are you messaging the same people on a regular basis? 
  • Creating Contacts and Groups will save you time. 

• Do you want to send messages from your emails? 
  • You’ll need to set up Email to SMS. 

• Do you need to send messages in the future, or on a regular basis (eg. Monthly)? 
  • You’ll need to understand how scheduling works. 

• Are there other people in your organisation that need to send messages? 
  • You can add additional users to your account.   

• Do you want to send links or documents in your text message? 
  • Using attachments will allow you to do this.
