Searching in My A2P Message does a 'sub-string search'. This means that if you were searching for food, the results would be:

Pet Food
Food fun
Fastfood

This can be useful when you want to broadly find something, but at other times you need something more precise - for example, you may want to find food at the start of a sentence. In this case your search should be:

^food

And if you want to find fun at the end of a sentence you would use:

fun$
